We ship with DHL Express who we have found to be reliable... but at any time whilst traveling around the world, a parcel can go missing.  Should this happen, adding parcel insurance will insure the value of your purchase.  

We are a small family business were everything we make is here in our workshop, we would hate for you to loose your personally made tools but we do not accept liability for parcels damaged or lost in transit.
