Chefs knife - Bone Handle

A little about us... is that we consider ourselves a little bit of a "foodie".  We love making and preparing food, we love sourcing local and seasonal ingredients and putting them together to create something to enjoy with our friends and family.  Through out the years Terrick has made some beautiful Chefs Knives....but I have to say... this one is my Best.  We both looked and developed this one over sometime, then finally for my 4Oth Birthday  this year Terrick brought our design to life.   I LOVE this knife.  I

The handle fits and works so well in your hand making the knife so controllable and easy to use.  The curve of the blade works great for chopping and the finesse of the tip allows for more delicate slicing.  The size of the the whole knife, for me, is just perfect...I have knives both larger and smaller, but this one is just right 

The blade is made from Böhler-Udderholm N690 steel and has a satin finish.
